Membership
| There are three types of Gippsland Car Club membership: |
| Standard Membership: | This is for members who wish to compete in events, and who wish to have a vote in matters concerning the Club |
| Associate Membership: | This is for members who do NOT wish to compete in events, and who do NOT wish to have a vote in matters concerning the Club. This type of membership is ideal for members who have joined the Club to gain access to the Club Permit Registration Scheme |
| Interstate Membership: | This is for members living interstate who wish to compete in events and who wish to have a vote in matters concerning the Club |
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR MEMBERS WHO CURRENTLY HAVE OR WISH TO HAVE VEHICLES REGISTERED UNDER THE CLUB PERMIT SCHEME VIA THE GIPPSLAND CAR CLUB
To enable your Club Permit Registration via the Gippsland Car Club to remain valid, you must, at all times, be a financial member of the Gippsland Car Club.
The Gippsland Car Club is legally obliged to notify Vicroads the name of any person who has a vehicle or vehicles under the Club Permit Scheme via the Gippsland Car Club who is not a financial member of the Gippsland Car Club. If this occurs, it is then illegal for you to drive your vehicle/s on the road, unless alternative arrangements have been made.
